Do you offer transportation pick-ups from resorts & villas?

Yes, for an additional fee we can arrange transportation to and from your resort  

or villa.

 

What is the drinking age for the inclusive packages or purchasing acholic beverages?

The legal drinking age in the Virgin Islands is 18. If your excursion or event is being held in any of the 50 US States, the legal drinking age is set at 21. ID is required.

 

Will I receive a refund if I cancel due to bad weather?

If the excursion or event is cancelled or postponed by us due to inclement weather, you will be given the option to receive a full refund, transfer to an alternate date or receive a gift card to be used on any one of our tours or events within 2 years. If we do not cancel the excursion or event, then our standard cancelation policy will apply as listed on your confirmation.

 

If there is no availability for an excursion listed on your site does that mean the tour is unavailable?

Our site does reflect availability in live time. However, if there is a date that is unavailable/ unlisted, contact us directly so that we can discuss your needs & what options may be available to accommodate your preferred date or an alternative.
